Welcome to Beaches Fitness – A small group fitness and private training studio geared towards making health and fitness accessible to all women and their families. With a playroom attached to the studio and a flexible schedule, even a busy mother can take some time for herself and get fit! Beaches Fitness offers personal training, partner training, group fitness classes and personal program development - together, we can find a solution to fit health and fitness into your life and budget.

With our new home at 862 Kingston Rd., Beaches Fitness is excited to offer new and exciting classes for everyone! Come in and check out our new home... we are getting ready to grow and expand!

Sandra started Beaches Fitness in her basement, back in 2008. She is a Can Fit Pro certified personal trainer specializing in pre & post natal health & fitness (including correction of diastasis recti / abdominal split), weight loss, dance training & conditioning, injury prevention & correction, as well as family fitness. Sandra is excited to be taking Beaches Fitness to the next level and expanding what she offers in her new home in the Kingston Road Village!

The studio is a child-friendly space and a lot of classes offered are mom-friendly so you can always bring your kids along with you for the workout!

***VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT VISA CHARGES***

For any past clients of the former Premier Fitness at Danforth and Victoria Park - If you have received any charges on your Visa from Beaches Fitness, please understand that this is not actually from Beaches Fitness.  The former Premier Fitness has begun to charge past clients (I have received calls from a lot of angry clients that have not been members there for 10 YEARS!!!), as Beaches Fitness.  I have contacted Visa and I hope you will do the same.  I am sorry that the former Premier Fitness is using such tactics, but please understand that I am in NO WAY affliated with them.  You can reach the gym at 416-699-5550 to see if you can get them to cancel the charges, but I also hope you will contact Visa directly to help me make sure they stop charging people under my name.
