Program Packages

Weekly Intensive Program

This program begins with a full assessment. Each week will entail 3 intensive 1 hour sessions as well as a half hour meeting to review your food journal and discuss our direction for the following week. Use of the cardio equipment for off-days will also be made available to participants (must be booked in advance). We will work together to push you through your program and ensure that you reach your goals.

Group Class & Private Training Combo

This package is perfect for those clients wishing to attend the classes offered by Beaches Fitness, but would also like some personal training sessions to boost their workout. Clients can choose to attend 1 class and 2 sessions or 2 classes and 1 session each week.

Pre-Natal Program

This program is designed for expectant mothers to help maintain a healthy and active lifestyle throughout their pregnancy. The program will begin with a 1 hour consultation and assessment as well as a 1 hour personal training session. Every 2 weeks the client will come back into the studio to re-assess their program and update their workout as required. Each meeting will include a 30 minute consultation and 1 hour personal training session. The Pre-Natal program is for the pregnant woman who is motivated enough to workout on their own, but require the guidance of a certified personal trainer to ensure they are performing safe and affective exercises throughout their pregnancy.

Program Set-up and Monthly Assessment

This program is designed for those clients that have the ability and motivation to work out on a regular basis on their own, but require the knowledge of a trainer to set-up and change their program in order to help them achieve their goals. The program will begin with an 1 hour consultation and assessment as well as an 1 hour training session. Each following month will entail a half hour assessment as well as an 1 hour training session with a new program.

Online Personal Training Program

This program is designed for those clients that have the ability and motivation to work out on a regular basis on their own, but require the knowledge of a trainer to set-up and change their program in order to help them achieve their goals. The program will begin with an 1 hour consultation and assessment as well as an 1 hour training session. Each week the client will submit their workout sheets for review and adjustments will be made as required. There is also the option of a weekly food journal review. Each following month will entail a half hour assessment as well as an 1 hour training session with a new program. Throughout the duration of the online personal training program, the client will have the full support of a personal trainer in order to keep them motivated, educated and on the right track to achieve their goals.

Student Package

This package is designed for all students on a restricted budget that would like to improve their overall health. Regular exercise helps to relieve stress and gives you more energy throughout the day. A student's ability to concentrate will be greatly increased and the time spent studying will be far more effective. The program will consist of 1 session each week in my private studio as well as a program designed for you to do on your own time.
