She designed a program that addressed my particular needs and changed it every few sessions to keep it challenging and interesting. I loved the [Mom Fitness] classes specifically because it forces you to schedule it into your day and you actually do it. The exercises are also easy to do at home on the days that you can't. I lost all my baby weight plus five pounds and counting, by going twice a week. The biggest change was in my hips and thighs which are usually my trouble zone. Sandy is always accessible via text and is always prepared if you have baby brain and forget to bring something. It's great social interactions for the babies and mommies and the baby friendly locations make it stress free.
